Stories for a socially healthy world.
To improve social connectedness, we need multifaceted research.
Social Futures aims to inject futures thinking with narrative inquiry. This allows futures thinking methodology to tackle subjective and complex topics of social well-being, such as trust, companionship, identity, and empathy.
The resulting methodology can help to envision various future scenarios, including preferred ones.
The ability to see long-term benefits and consequences will help to guide decisions, including policy at the institutional level and personal decisions at the individual level.
